Whether it’s a pirate’s checkered past, a little girl’s ghost stories, or our own very real fears for the future, this issue demonstrates not only our writers’ unique approaches and perspectives but also the enduring hope we as believers can always claim, no matter how pervasive the past, perturbing the present, or frightening the future.
