After the strangest summer any of us have ever experienced, the Inkwell Literary Magazine staff is so excited to begin publishing our second volume of never before seen, original creative writing. We are thrilled to be back for in-person classes at our beloved Bob Jones University, and we can’t wait to get started sharing our work with the BJU community this semester. The creative inkwell holds many more secrets in its depths, and our writers are already preparing to take the plunge.
We have some new surprises in store this semester! We are pleased to welcome several new staff members to our Inkwell team. Also, we are so excited to announce our new alumni spotlight section of our magazine, open to submissions from any and all BJU alumni! We are also still open to submissions from any current BJU students in any major or program or study, as well as our faculty and staff. Be on the lookout for our first theme, to be announced this Friday!
Our world looks a lot different than it did when Inkwell first began, but our staff’s goals have not changed. Most importantly, our God has not changed. We cannot wait to see where God takes us as we begin this journey, and we know that no matter what the road has in store, He’ll be with us every step of the way.
