As our semester is reaching its crux, Inkwell Literary Magazine is proud to present a sneak peek at our April issue, "Escapism."

Escapism: habitual diversion of the mind to purely imaginative activity or entertainment as an escape from reality or routine.

We want to look at the dangers and the benefits of of escaping your circumstances. We're proud to present the latest piece from one of our long-time creative nonfiction writers, Hannah Zellers. We hope you enjoy her work, "A Turtle's Life for Me."
